Health Transformation Engagement Sessions – Sudbury

The Anishinabek Nation will be hosting engagement sessions to provide a forum for community members to discuss and identify the changes required to make the best health system to reflect our way of life.
Every is Welcome!
Engagement Sessions to take place in the following locations:
January 31 (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) Shkagamik Kwe, 161 Applegrove St. – Sudbury, Ontario
February 1 (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.) Shkagamik Kwe, 161 Applegrove St. – Sudbury, Ontario
February 6-7 Southwest Region, Munsee-Delaware Nation – Munsee-Delaware, Ontario
February 8-9 Southeast Region, Rama First Nation – Rama, Ontario
February 20-21, Garden River First Nation, Garden River, Ontario
March 7-8 (Place TBD, Ottawa)
March 19-20, Northern Superior, Place TBD – Thunder Bay, Ontario
Refreshments/Lunch will be provided.
Please note that travel expenses for mileage (one vehicle per community), meals and accommodations will be reimburses for up to 3 participants per community upon submission of original receipts as per UOI accounting policy. Reimbursement forms will be provided at the session.
Individual community meetings can also be arranged by request.
