Declaration: Everyone Welcome. Sunrise Ceremonies, Food Venders, Indigenous Artisans, Music, Dancing, Feast Saturday, Giveaway Sunday. Bring your own chair and water bottle. Water truck available to avoid single-use plastics. This is a drug and alcohol free event.
