We are looking for your nominations for the Community Hero in Health
Please send the name and explain why you feel this person is your Hero in Health to your community Health Director/Manager. These individuals will be recognized at the Anishinabek Nation 3rd Annual Health Conference during lunch on January 23, 2018.
